Terms of Service

These terms apply to your access to and use of CyberCredit (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction. If you are below that age, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Do not use the Service where it is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a free public-information tool that aggregates and explains public records about game accounts.

It is not a game platform, not a marketplace, and not affiliated with any publisher. We do not offer account sales, boosting brokerage, account valuation or any trading service.

Scores are automated, informational only, and do not constitute a finding of fact, an assessment of the account holder, legal advice, or platform enforcement.

3. Public data and accuracy

Data comes from public interfaces such as the Steam Web API and Enka.Network, and from publicly available community archives. It may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate because of upstream limits, caching or interface changes.

We do not warrant completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for any purpose, and we have no duty to monitor every account continuously. For account-security or legal matters, rely on the official information provided by the game platform.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for harassment, discrimination, doxxing, extortion, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

You may not bypass rate limits, scrape at scale, mirror the site, resell the data, build a substitute database, or place unreasonable automated load on the Service.

You may not use a score to attack someone’s reputation, make threats, or draw conclusions beyond what the public record supports.

You may not impersonate another person in a report or appeal, or submit content you know to be false, misleading or infringing.

5. API access

API access is granted individually by email to cybercreditc@outlook.com. Any API call, automated scraping or bulk request made without written authorisation is a violation, and we may rate-limit, block or take other necessary action.

An authorised key may be used only for the purpose described in the request. It must be kept confidential and may not be resold, shared or used to build a competing dataset. We may adjust quotas, suspend or revoke access at any time.

API data is provided “as is”. You may not imply that CyberCredit endorses or partners with you, and you must retain the source attribution.

6. Reports, appeals and submissions

Reports and appeals are voluntary. Do not submit confidential information that you do not want moderators to see. Evidence must be links to public platforms; do not submit private chats or other people’s personal information.

You grant the project maintainers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy and analyse your submission for review, correction, security and dispute-handling purposes.

Reporter identities and contact details are not published. We may retain necessary records internally to handle a case, audit security or comply with legal obligations.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome and do not provide email notifications; the case page is the authoritative record.

7. Intellectual property

The page design, scoring model, text and arrangement belong to the project maintainers. You may view and quote public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy at scale, resell them or use them to train a substitute dataset.

Account data and game content remain the property of their respective platforms and rights holders; the Service does not claim ownership of that data.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on Cloudflare, public game interfaces and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their conduct or availability.

Pages may link to external sites. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or continued availability.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, account-security or other professional advice. You should make your own assessment and consult an appropriate professional.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of profits, data, reputation or opportunity.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the project maintainers against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.

If you are a consumer and local law does not permit such an obligation, this section does not apply to you.

12. Changes, suspension and termination

We may revise these terms or change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you breach these terms or create risk for the Service, its users or third parties.

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the maintainer’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country or region.

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, they will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction at the maintainer’s location, unless local law requires another forum.

14. General

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid provision will be interpreted to reflect its original intent as closely as possible.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent.

The Chinese and English versions have equal effect. If they conflict, the version confirmed by the maintainers prevails.

15. Contact
